TRAINING

Personally what works best for me is moving heavy weight! It keeps me motivated because I like to train hard and heavy. I try to vary my workouts from week to week, so my body never gets used to doing the same exercises over and over. A new product that I incorporate into my chest, back, and shoulders workouts is called the isolator.  The isolator is a great tool to “isolate” those large muscle groups to really add size and definition.  I like to incorporate the isolator to the end of my workouts, much like a finisher to completely exhaust the muscle I’m working that day.  Check out www.isolatorfitness.com for more information and videos about the isolator and how it can help you!

TRAINING SPLIT

  • Day 1: Chest
  • Day 2: Quads/Calfs
  • Day3:  Back
  • Day 4: Shoulders
  • Day 5: Hams/Calfs
  • Day 6: Bi/Tri or lagging body part
  • Day 7: off
