I can look at my schedule and see when I will be in your area.
I will come to your gym to workout one-on-one with you!
Must receive full-payment to reserve your date/time
No videotaping or pictures allowed during workout
You pick the body part/parts
I workout with you and take you through my own workout
During that time you will be able to ask me anything you want to know about my training, my nutrition, my training splits, tips on training, I can critique your form...etc.
This will not be a “walk and talk.” I’m there to TRAIN! I train HARD and INTENSE, so be prepared to get WILD!!!
